BLUE MOON SHOT:
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao liqueur (blue on the outside, but spicy orange on the inside)
1/2 oz. unflavored (sorry Captain) Rum
1 tsp. of cream of coconut (there in lies the moon)
Look up, tilt up, and make a wish.
